EXCELLENT Chinese cuisine!! I live in Syracuse, so I don't get to the Utica area often...but what a gem that Clinton has in New China Sea!! I ordered the General Tso's chicken and 2 eggs rolls!! Everything was DELICIOUS!! I'll definitely be back to this wonderful place...even if I have to make a special trip to New China Sea! My son came home on leave and the first thing he asked for was China Sea. I think this restaurant is the best Chinese food around. He only wanted the chicken and broccoli lunch special but I get my usual which is wonton soup pork lo mein sweet and sour shrimp sesame chicken with fried rice no vegetable and finally pork egg rolls with a side of Szechuan sauce. This was a favorite place of mine pre-pandemic. Now...it is the most tasteless food I've had. Ordered the orange chicken which is a spicy dish. No spice at all, the chicken was mushy (like it had been warmed back up), the rice had no flavor and the egg roll tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Very disappointing. Ordered General Tso's combination and the fried rice wasn't fried rice the chicken was mushy and the egg roll was soggy and didn't taste fresh... The boneless spare ribs were dry and no flavor...
