Being a foodie, but not an expert in Asian noodles, I give this place easily 5 stars. I have been to Japan many times, so I'm quite familiar with quality Ramen over there, and personally I cannot tell the difference between Ninja Ramen's noodles, and those in Japan.
My wife, who is much pickier than me, and who is not fond of most Asian food, loves this place. The menu is simple (the best menus are), but the choices are thorough. There are mild broths, creamy broths and spicy broths. Choices of tofu, pork, chicken and shrimp. You can mix and match to an extent also.
My fave: creamy pork broth, but with chicken instead of pork - it goes down like liquid heaven! The interior is very cute - Japanese anime themed, and you feel like you might be somewhere in an alley in Tokyo.
All staff is exceedingly friendly, which is a nice refresher, as post- Covid many restaurants have radically dropped service quality. So, please be sure to actually tip well - they have earned it.

Updated 3.10.24: I’ve been here over 20 times and have tried every bowl of ramen and I still love it!
Ramen is hands down my favorite food. I’ve been to many ramen shops and have even endeavored to make my own. Ninja Ramen knocks it out of the park and at a great price. Highly recommend the #1 and their veggie ramen. We look forward to coming back!

Beef Shank Ramen
I put this place on my list several months ago and I finally got to go. Location is in a strip mall but parking and access was easy. Interior is very fun with a Naruto theme, anime figures scattered about and anime playing on the TV. Service was super for lunch with minimal wait time for food. Staff was very pleasant and attentive to the guests. Food was very good, I had the takoyaki, gyoza and the Naruto themed Ninja Ramen. Portion sizes are not Americanized so you aren't going to feel weighed down. Overall this place makes the list of Shino Approved Ramen shops.

This is the best ramen shop I've been to. The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. If I could, I would eat there everyday. Highly recommend this place for anyone who's in the mood for some ramen. Don't forget an appetizer, they are also incredible. Will definitely come again🫶🏼❤️🔥

the staff is super friendly, the decor is really cool, and they always have Naruto playing on TV! the food is always delicious, the takoyaki is my favorite!
