Worst deli experience of my life. 2nd person on 4 person line , 4 more come in, 15 minute later last one in store and finally get order. People asking me if I've been helped oblivious to fact I've been there and already ordered from them. And for that $16 for 2 egg sandwichs. Disorganized mess , holidays no excuse. By far the best bagels I have ever had! Great food, great service. I ordered 2 dozen bagels for my daughter’s Halloween party at school and asked for them to be sliced and ready by 8am. Sure enough everything was packed and ready for when I picked them up. It’s a little out of my way but worth the drive when I’m craving fresh bagels. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well made bagels! Everything you'd come to expect in a new your bagel shop! Also there lunch sandwiches are really good as well

Staff is excellent. They work hard and always get it right. That being said, the bagels come out burnt a lot, and the coffee is so so. Get some better coffee, don't burn the bagels-and if you do, don't serve them to customers.
