I have always been a fan of O'Charley's. The Hostess, Waiters, and staff in general are very nice and respectful. The food is always great and if I ever have an issue with something I have ordered they do not hesitate to correct it. I used to visit this establishment quite frequently. I visited I believe on 1/27. Caroline (I believe that’s how it was spelled , we joked about the pronunciation) was very attentive and patient. She was quick and as busy as she was, kept my drink full and checked on us repeatedly. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered/ resolved. She asked I do a survey because I bragged to her about what a great experience this was and how happy I was to have her serve me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was there the other night with my family. We had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh came out promptly. We highly recommend O’Charleys in Gallatin and will be back and our server. Autumn is one of the greatest servers we’ve had in a very long time she’s very professional and does her job very well. We ordered pick up. We got there right as order should be ready and texted here as instructed. We were in a big red tundra. Another vehicle pulled in shortly after and the server immediately came out with their food. She went back in for something else for them and came back. Neither time she did not acknowledge me. After waiting 15 minutes, I went in. She finally came up for my name and had the food waiting. When I asked why they didn't bring it out, She proceeded to say she didn't know we were there and didn't get the text. Looking at her monitor, my truck was easily up front. And how did she not see us there waiting? They weren't busy. We gave a 15% tip for awful service. Won't be tipping no more. I was in town visiting some friends and on Saturday night we went to O’Charley’s in Gallatin. I can’t say enough about this place. The food was hot the service spectacular! Our server Autumn she was so friendly and accommodating always checking on us, refilling our drinks, bringing us more bread. The bread is so good it was gone quickly. When I had questions she was right there and very knowledgeable about the menu. It’s rare you meet a server that goes above and beyond the way Autumn does. We even bonded talking about our cats.
