Let me just start by saying i love Olive Garden! This was our first time to this location and boy was it packed! Once checked in we only waited for about 15 minutes. Surprising being how busy they were. Out order was taken in a timely manner and before you know it we had our drinks. Our waitress, I wish I could recall her name, was very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing as usual and the price is fair for the amount you get. My only complaint would have to be the long wait for breadsticks lol. We loved our experience and well definitely be back again as we just moved here from Houston. The service and the atmosphere are as good as can be expected. The food is also good. I did find a long hair in my salad though. It didn't ruin my meal however and I was able to set the salad to the side and eat my food. The food was delicious 10/10 but the service was not so good. I was spending time with my family and we when down to Texas to see one of my brothers who is in the military and we have just got finished watching a movie, one of my other brother who has autism had his popcorn. When we got in there it was very not welcoming they had a weird look on there faces nice but they look at my brother like he was disgusting and they gave us 45 minute wait when really it was only 20 minutes or 15. When we got to the table the waitress look at him like he was a monster she got us our drinks and took our orders but then she had a replacement. This might be a misunderstanding, but I feel like she didn’t want to serve us because of my brother who had autism. Every time the other waiter came over. She acted kind of weird and kept on looking at my brother. I know he looks different, but you don’t have to look at him like he was an animal. Me other brother how we were visiting is in the military and has been here before and gotten military discounts not on Veterans Day about a month ago. But when he ask the waitress said they did not have a military discount. My Brother was confused by this since he has gotten it before so he asked her again. She said she’ll go ask but then the manager came over which usually doesn’t happen. Usually she’ll go ask him she’ll say I’m sorry but we don’t have one. I have never lived in Texas and I don’t know the environment around me or the awareness of autism or how it is like here, but I feel like it was just a little unfair to treat some differently just because they have autism and they also treated the rest of my differently. And acted like we were just wild beasts. This might be a misunderstanding, but if your going here and one person has a disability or something that people would look at or make them treat differently. I would not recommend going here. It’ll just be making you sad at the end I cried because I felt so bad for my brother. Nice and clean, great service. Server was very attentive. Ordered the fried calamari abs ravioli for appetize. I ordered the chicken parm with extra chicken. It was perfect. Restroom was fairly clean As well. Cost was fair, for me and my family of 4 we spent about 110 dollars. This was my wife's Birthday lunch. Ore server was polite and took our order promptly. The soup and salad is always a good choice. I tried the Chicken gnocchi. It was fabulous! Chicken, Italian dumplings, and spinach in a creamy sauce. My wife had the Pasta Faluccio. Everything was fresh and hot. Highly recommended. Not the coolest location ever, but definitely great staff. I can tell they need some more people but the staff they did have were great. Food was quick and what you expect from Olive Garden. The gentleman that was working my table/bar area did a great job of keeping tabs on me and helping me when I shifted gears on him and took things to go. Great job! We had an amazing waitress! She was kind, & onto of checking on us! Our food was brought out fast! I ordered the lasagna classico it was delicious! My sister ordered a soup, the salad was great! My very first time in an olive garden in the states and it did not disappoint. I've heard of it and that it's an Italian restaurant and seeing that I've been to Italy so many times I was like hmmm it will be nothing like the real Italian food in Italy. To my surprise it was actually great, the decor was perfect, I loved the hanging plates, the art work was beautiful just the entire set up in the restaurant was great. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere was amazing, prices were good and just an overall great time. Our server was amazing, helpful and quick, she actually spoke with us and didn't make us feel like we were just seats to be served, she was awesome. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Olive Garden we had a blast, plus there's something there for everyone. Olive garden is a 5***** for Me.

I was in the mood for pasta without having to make it at home and decided to go along with a few friends to the local Olive Garden here in Wichita Falls. It was my first time too, and I'm glad I went as the food was spectacular with creamy cheese and meat sauce to enhance the flavors of the noodles. That was nothing compared to their delectable soups and garlic bread sticks. The customer service was wonderful as I was offered plenty of refills throughout the course of my meal. I was quite impressed with the reasonable prices, especially with the $5 meal to take home.
