This location was absolutely amazing. The hostess was very polite and seated us quickly and allowed us to choose our booth. The server KayKay was very patient and made sure we were well taken care of. The manager Agnes personality and professionalism taking care of a minor issue really brightened up our night and we will definitely be back because not only was the customer service outstanding the food was hot, not lukewarm and it was delicious. I'm so glad we decided to stop at this location. Thank you again. I recommend you try this Olive garden. Was in the area and stopped by for early dinner. Service was good, food was great but they weren’t able to honor my full deal. I had joined eClub 2 days ago and had a coupon for 1 free app/ dessert, up to $15. I wasn’t able to get the full $15. Maybe Olive Garden main headquarters should revisit how they word their deals, because why offer something if a location isn’t a know to honor it…and it did not say limited to participating locations in the coupon. I just want to stop and say that they were SO busy tonight on 12/9/2023 around 8pm I THINK is when we got there… anywho they sat us immediately and we got the best waitress ever, named Michelle. She was so good. She was sweet and happy, she was quick and efficient she didn’t leave us hanging a single time. She was ON TOP of our stuff. We thanked her in person and told the very kind middle aged black woman (a manager ) who was also very attentive and on top of ensuring the entire dining room was happy and content. However, I just wanted to come here as well and say you all are blessed to have Michelle and she definitely made our FIRST EVER experience at Olive Garden (my husband has been but not me or my two boys) INCREDIBLE. Thank you Michelle, thank you to the managers there and thank you Olive Garden. Merry Christmas and I’m excited to go back. Dinner date with my dad. We had a good experience. The restaurant was nice and clean. Food came out in a decent amount of time. The wait was not long. The gnocchi soup was flavorful. The drinks were just right, and Sunshine was amazing. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here at prime dinner time on a Friday night and the food was exactly the way it should be. The entrees, soup and bread was hot and fresh. The salad was cold and fresh. Food came out at a reasonable pace. The manager even went around to each table to greet and chat. I complimented the kitchen for getting the food out just right and I told her the food at this olive garden was much better than others I have visited. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We ate here to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a big group of friends. We called the day before to give a heads up. Once most of the group arrived, we were seated at a long table in the least crowded area of the restaurant. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and accommodating. Although there were 12 of us in all, we received our food and drinks in a timely manner. If you have a special occasion such as a wedding anniversary, this is the perfect setting! I don’t know of any restaurant that is 100% all the time. If this Olive Garden in Valdosta does as good as it did during our last visit, that will be good enough for me. The salad was fresh and extraordinarily tasty. The stuffed Tortellini with Chicken was exquisite, even the day after when I enjoyed the leftovers. Our server was attentive to our requests. All in all a decent dinner. We tried the bring home meal also and it was good. For 6 bucks you really can't beat it. The state was decent I know it's kind of weird to get a steak from Olive garden but I like steak from Italian places normally wasn't the best but it was pretty good for a sirloin. Our waitress was really nice she was also the bartender the stupid credit card machine thing at the table sucks but she let me pay for it at her register.
