Amazing place. Unfortunately the short stuff is affecting the service due to long waits for a table. Our waitress was amazing and food was good. Endless bread stick, salad and soup is always amazing. We have eaten here in the past and had a decent experience. However, based on our most recent experience, we won’t return to this location. We got here at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon with our two kids. We were seated immediately. After waiting about ten minutes for someone to come to our table to bring us water and take our drink orders, we hit the “call server” button on our on-table little tablet. Five minutes later, the hostess asked to move our table to the other side of the aisle because our table didn’t have an assigned server. (She didn’t offer any water or offer to take our drink order.) After moving tables, we waited another ten minutes for someone to acknowledge our table. At that point, because no one acknowledged us at all after waiting 25 minutes, we left and took our kids to a different Italian restaurant. They were so busy, but our waiter had such great timing and went above and beyond to be sure we had a great experience!! I think he said his name was Mo? Or Mel? He's in nursing school... he was so cheerful and just a joy! The food was awesome, always well worth the price, and I still got to have some leftovers to eat again later!!! Arrived after 7:30 on a Saturday night hoping to miss the dinner rush. No one was in the lobby when we inquired about a table. We were told the wait was going to be 40-50 minutes by a host who clearly didn't want us to put our names in the wait list. We decided to eat at the bar since it was getting late. On the way to the bar we were able to see that the restaurant was virtually empty. I understand a false wait because of being short staffed, but the place was filthy. The bar was completely covered with dishes from previous diners. There was only one bartender who was very busy, probably because of the false wait. Two managers and a parade of other employees walked past the dirty dishes as we sat in the midst of them. The bartender provided great service and oddly enough the food was some of the best we have had at an Olive Garden. Great place to try some authentic Italian food, I would highly recommend this place. Nice ambiance, great service, amazing food. I tried few of their dishes and I enjoyed everything and I appreciate the server a lot as she was very friendly and professional.
