Just had one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I counted 12 tables around us that were not bussed when we arrived, and were still not bussed when we left. Full of dirty plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Many other dirty tables scattered throughout the restaurant in different locations. We asked the server what happened. She said everyone left at once. Okay....so does that mean the tables stay un-bussed? An older couple was seated after us in the area where most of the dirty tables were. They got up and left the restaurant after 10 minutes. They gave the busboy a tip as they were leaving. I think they felt sorry for him. And what ever happened to servers removing your plates from the table when you're done eating? The table next to us sat with all their dirty plates well after they were finished - I estimate at least 20 minutes. The server visited their table 3 times but still did not clear the table. Out table was also not cleared after we finished our meal. I noticed on the way out the owners name was displayed on the front entrance. I would imagine you would want to take pride in your establishment, especially if you're announcing you are the owner! We were traveling from NC to FL and stopped at Outback because we had eaten at several Outbacks in FL, all with good experiences. This restaurant needs to fix the front of the house. We arrived at 8pm for dinner. We got our appetizer and salads pretty quickly, but it took over an hour and 20 minutes for our dinner to come out. We were a party of 4. Our server Marvin S was fabulous!!!!! We tipped him well because of his excellent service and not the food. My wife and I came in for an early dinner at 2:55. They had nine tables set and we had a 10minute wait, which became a 20 minute wait. Next door at Texas Roadhouse, not an open parking space. I guess Outback schedules for No business, while Texas Roadhouse schedules for business. How can 9 tables put you on a wait. I get it, only one side of the restaurant was even open. We come here often, but probably won’t come back. By the time they say us they had 15 more people waiting. This is a manager problem. We enjoyed our food tonight! This is our third time and it has been good every time! Service is always exceptional. We had Emma tonight and she was very sweet. Christian at the bar made some outstanding drinks as well!!! Thank you all for the great time! Outback's food quality is just not what it used to be and NOT worth the expense. The restaurant was not super busy, but the kitchen still got backed up. Went to grab a quick dinner while traveling. I ate at the bar on a wednesday evening, the waiter was world class. He was a white gentleman in his 20s. I wish I knew his name. He handled every drink order, food order and didn't miss one detail. Great Job to this stud. What a Gem Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere was pretty laid back with soft music. The food had good flavor. The restaurant was pretty clean as well as the restroom. The waitress I think her name was Hanna was just ok. When we were finished eating she didn't ask if we wanted anything else she just cleared some of our plates and walked off. My girlfriend wanted dessert but we were in a conversation when Hanna was clearing the table, she didn't return for awhile which made dessert a little longer to wait for. Great food and service. Xavier was an amazing server. The new Aussie menu limited time is very good.i had the Chinook ribs and they were Amazing. The $7 drink specials are a good deal and the spicy mango margarita hit the spot. I will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
