My favorite go-to coffee place. I like that they still do stamp cards, have all the non-dairy options you might need, and the non-dairy whip is *chefs kiss*. The staff are always friendly in a genuine way and I've never felt like I couldn't ask for a correction when needed. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kinda super disappointed. Yes they were busy. But it's a drive threw. After waiting 15 to get the wrong drink. I did reach out to there face book and private message about the accident. Not 1 person got BK to me. So now here's it. Is. It was my first time there. Bad first impression. Service: 1

Not your average coffee stand in medford area. The workers here are genuinely nice/kind and they always have a different selection on the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Coming from the east coast and California I have struggled to find good coffee here in Oregon. I have to say Outsider coffee is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for. Their coffee is amazing, decent prices, and their staff is awesome! I love the little writings on the coffee!! This is my new go-to spot. Outsider has THE best coffee. Their cold brew is amazing! And the Sammy’s are an easy grab and go! I love the messages they write on each coffee lid! I will forever be a customer.

Unfortunately with just two cars ahead of me I waited 26 minutes and was late for work…I asked for an extra hot and it was Luke warm. I mentioned my frustration and that I was going to be late for work…the lady who was alone for the majority of the time, I waited apologized and mentioned she can only steam coffees so fast…the other very, rude, employee? That popped in as I was paying said it was my choice to wait and she was correct…I won’t be going back. No one has time for that.
