The food is good. I have never had bad food or a problem with the portions. The issue I have is with the service. I placed an order for 11:45 for pickup. So it was before the lunch rush, it should have been ready. They had two line cooks and then another three associates working. The line cook came over to me to acknowledge me and ask what I was waiting for. After he acknowledged me only then did an associate acknowledge me. Granted I waited in the online pick up area for 5 min before that with not much interaction. Which I get it, you get busy. But they really need to divide the work better. All the associates were scrambling around. You had three working. One for drive thru, one for the line/physical customers, and the third for online orders. Then when things die down for drive thru or online, you help physical customers. The manager on shift really needs to better prioritize their staff. Panda Express is probably the fastest fast food in Prince Frederick, my boys like the power veggies and egg rolls. And I'm not going to complain that they are eating cabbage with broccoli and kale. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
