Ordered a Mediterranean bowl and they added corn and black beans for some reason. Expensive meal to have ruined with them adding ingredients that shouldn't be in the meal. $13 for a bowl full of lettuce. The dressing they gave me was not even close to enough for half of it. And no parmesan cheese and didn't ask what I wanted for the side. Food: 1

I used to live in St Louis and was a regular at St Louis Bread Co before it became Panera. In it current form, I hardly recognize the company and its offerings. The Chanhassen site is barely a cut above an automat: one places an order on a terminal through a ridiculously convoluted menu (really, if you're working to eliminate the human element, can't you at least implement voice to text for this purpose????), pays at the same terminal, picks up a buzzer, and then goes to a window to pick up the order once the buzzer goes off. There's little human element, and the ambiance of the dining area has more in common with a college dorm lounge than a fast casual restaurant.
