Panera, you are imploding. I don't get it. Every time I go, the restaurant has done something else to reduce its quality, and I'm taking about multiple locations. Today the new thing was a baguette that was flavorless and tasted day-old, and it was a little cold, too. The vegetable soup was hearty enough, but what have you done to the green goddess caprese sandwich! Last year I had it several times, and it was thick with greens, cheese, beautiful bread, etc. This time my son ordered the "new recipe" version, and it didn't even look appetizing. New recipe...whatever. The only thing that is new about this sandwich is reduced quality, just like lots of other things at what used to be a wonderful restaurant.. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I love their pick two. Good quality sandwiches, with a soup, is my usual. I would like to suggest the autumn squash. It has great flavor. As a matter of fact, all their menu items have great flavor. Great service, although I use the kiosk. Clean environment.
