Several of my items were missing from my order. I went back in to get those items. When I made it home I discovered there more items missing and the sandwiches were poorly made. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Every time we stop here, it’s a wait and order is messed up. My husband orders mocha with no whip or drizzle and it’ comes out with whipped cream and drizzle. Today we decided to go thru the drive thru. Well, we’re told they cannot provide any HOT drinks. No sorry, no apology nothing. Will not come back here again. this place is awful. i used to work there and i can tell you that its one of the worst places ive ever worked. they heavily overwork their employees, and pay them next to nothing, and the manager loves favoritism and hypocrisy. the manager makes an average work day feel like an eternity in hell. good employees are worked half to death while being held to the highest standards, with lesser performing employees not getting reprimand at all and being held to absolutely no standard, but instead having the good employees go around picking up after them. the dish room, kitchen, bathrooms, and dining room are disgusting. the dish room constantly smells like a rotting corpse (with all your "clean" dishes sitting on dirty carts) from the pooling water that is left to sit on the floor for days before being mopped up. its so bad it would immediately give me a headache upon walking in. o truly could go on, but if you care about your health, and the treatment of good, hard working people in the work place, id avoid this location. there are better places to eat where youll probably get a better bang for your buck. Waiting is minimal. Many choices, vegan healthy and chefs picks. I enjoyed Apple Fuji chicken salad, with a bowl of teriyaki chicken and broccoli. Delicious. For the first time ever I am disappointed with a Panera. Food was still great, but went through drive through for first time, I thought the charge was high for what I got, but was going to check vs receipt, guess what wasn't in the bag, the receipt, then on top of it the kids grilled cheese was in the bag but the regular grilled cheese, was not in the bag, both were ordered, somehow a small Mac and cheese was in the bag that we didn't order. Food was still good, but i, for the first time ever am really not happy with Panera on this visit. Food: 5 Service: 1

I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted, and this is what I received. How an employee could even look at this bagel and think it was acceptable to put in a bag and give to a paying customer is beyond me. If I wanted half a bagel, I would’ve asked for it. Wanted to try the new sandwich. The taste was good, but I guess I should have requested light sauce. My sandwich was drenched and soggy by the time I got home (6 minutes away). I ordered the Green Goddess. I replaced the arugula with spinach because they ran out. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We had a short stop at the Panera Bread. The cashier was very helpful and polite. It was our second time at Panera and she took the time to explain everything want we need to know. Our decision for the Panera Duet with the Greek salad and the tomato soup was a good and reasonable deal. One thing that I have to mention, is that it was not that clean. Some tables had food on it and the floor was a little bit sticky. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

The frozen lemonade is excellent. The various pastry offerings and the coffee is also good. Food entrees are a bit on the pricey side. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and nice.
