A very unique experience inside a historical building. The place is so much larger than you imagine upon first entering. The entire menu was enticing (normally I'm drawn to a few items, but I had a very difficult time making a decision- I went with one of their specials for my entree)
Their Octopus appetizer was phenomenal- perfectly cooked and accompanied by a delicious medley of flavors.
I just wish they had a better selection of tequila, but I won't hold that against them 😉

Holy cow, I think we found one of our top six restaurants of all time in little maybe not so sleepy Skippack PA. First off, the staff are so friendly, and what an incredible menu that the chef put together from season to season, the food is extraordinary the depth of flavor, the depths of ingredients the plating presentations are award-winning in and of itself. The food taste is just off the charts. I’m salivating as I write this, we would be there more frequent had it not been for the over hour drive to get there, but it is so well worth it we will be back again again.

Neglected to capture pictures, but joined my family to celebrate my birthday at Parc Bistro. Overall, it was a great spot and would recommend with some caveats throughout.
Parc Bistros location is found in the heart of Skippack village within a historic building that plays well to a colonial-like setting. We sat on second floor in the dining room, which was quite expansive and had a few other diners. The location was great!
Our server was attentive and polite and was able to rattle off a long and complex list of specials.
The food carries a heavy French influence - as you'd expect from the name. Picky eaters may find the menu somewhat limited in its offerings - with a heavier weighting in the menu on seafood. I personally was okay with this, but my less adventurous parents were limited in their choices. They did all enjoy what they did receive, though.
We shared a few small plates across the table - and we agreed the étouffée was amazing and the star. I opted for a crock of French onion, which was smothered in cheese and crispy onions. It tasted great - but was a bit sweeter than my preference. I also got the Lobster risotto, which was rich and flavorful. The large plates that the remaining guests got were larger in size and we all walked away stuffed. For dessert, I enjoyed the sorbet trio, which was a bit small for the price but tasted amazing!
Overall, the service was great, the location was historic and comfortable, and the food was great based on our tastes. I'd definitely recommend checking it out with the caveat to my points above for picky eaters on the menu.

Great place to dine. Beautiful ambiance. I'd rate it 5 stars, but I felt the menu was limited.
