If you want to take anything to their butcher shop, don't expect a call from them, you have to call them yourselves and just hope someone answers and that your animal is actually done. I was given a 3 week estimate, called at 3 weeks and they told me it should be done by the next week. 7 weeks later still nothing. They taste good but the communication and time frames of this place are absurd. By far the longest processing time i've ever experienced from a butcher shop. For how much they charge compared to other places you would think it would be much better. I would recommend giving your business to someone else. Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Classic "mom and pop" meatavore spot in Albany, OR. If you like friendly, personal, and professional service and good local company then this is the place for you. I have been going here for about 8 years; always excellent! They have delicious frozen or fresh sausages to go and a gracious dine in service that is astonishing in its fine quality and recurring consistency. Thank you pepper tree; you raise the bar high up for all other restaurants in the Mid Willamette Valley. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
