Vibe and service were decent, but the steaks were very poor. They asked for the preferred doneness and we told them medium rare for all. They all came well done, the meat was very dry. A very fundamental point of a steakhouse botched... to call themselves a steakhouse is shocking. It's a surprise that this restaurant got very good past reviews. Our last dinner in Safranbolu was greatest. Our steak tasted awesome, much much better than those in Istanbul and Goreme. Bread and soup were mouthwatering. Also cutting show by Mr. Owner was creative and exciting. Staff were friendly. They have English menue book, as well.
