Best pho in the tri-cities. Always yummy. Service seems to have improved too, there’s a new woman working there who is very nice and friendly. I dine in and take-out here and both are great. Was expecting more for the rating honestly. Got combination pho since it was my first time there, was more like "roundsteak and meatball" pho, didn't have any of the weird stuff that I love but maybe that's what is meant by "Lao style". Not sure. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
