I know it kind of seems silly but anything you order probably check it before you leave. I was the only one there but somehow i received what I can assume was someone else's order. The Review Gauge

I recently visited Pizza Factory and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the staff's behavior. While the food was decent, the staff seemed to be disinterested and unengaged. They did not greet me with a smile or make me feel welcome. In fact, they seemed bored and uninterested in their job. When I asked a question about the menu, the staff member gave me a short and unhelpful answer. Overall, while the food was decent, the disinterested behavior of the staff detracted from the overall experience. It's hit and miss with this place. Sometimes the food is ok, other times its just awful. Been here 9 or 10 times and it's bad more than good. I get tired of Mexican food so I just hope it's good that day. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
