The food was great and local staff very friendly; however, attempting to order by phone is ridiculous… the call center is staffed by people with heavy accents who speak English as a second language. Good luck on getting any special instructions for your order passed-on… the ONLY way I will order now is if I go to Pizza Hut and place the order in person… that way the order is done correctly as desired…I’m sure corporate uses call centers as a money saver… I hope they can make up for the lost sales from others like me who get frustrated by the call centers and stop doing business with them…. Just ordered 2 melts , one chkn bacon marinara one meat lovers very disappointed. Both were soggy dripping with grease, and the so called bacon was all just big pure white pieces of fat enough to make you gag. Called to see of I could get like half a refund and was told they don't do refunds anymore, and offered a remake of my order.
