Straight trash.. I could get a better dinner dumpster diving. Every dish was dirty and I mean this literally, there was not one single clean plate, fork, or cup. When I took my 7 dirty cups to the counter to ask for clean ones without soap and food smeared all over them, they gave me 7 more dirty cups. I finally asked for paper cups. Ive never had a worse dining experience in my entire life. If I took my worst enemy on a dinner date, I wouldn’t take them here because nobody deserves this. Service Dine in

It took so long to get through the line to pay and we were 2nd in line, that I was getting hangry. Once we got to the buffet it was messy and not as good as it has been. Love the chicken! When it is kept up and filled. The last 3 times I have been to the Waterloo location food was scarce. People pile up waiting for chicken to come up. During that time people air their grievances, and complaints can be heard throughout the restaurant. I love pizza ranch, and it is worth the drive to just go to Independence, where I have never been let down by service or quality. Also, $18 a person is way too much. AMAZING FOOD! They never fail to go BEYOND your expectations of the food. It is always, and I mean always, amazing. They recently added a arcade, it's pretty fun and they have some cool an expensive prizes, unlike other places that sell really cheap items with high ticket costs. Cold food. No food, dirty, rude staff, 19 year old "manager" at night, employees standing around . Literally 3 of them. Employees on their phones. Goofing off in the kitchen...Only 1 employee working and she is disabled. She cleared every table by herself, had 3 big grey totes. They brought cold pizza out from the kitchen. Food was cold so I said something. Steamers had no water in them. Nasty floors. I'm going back today just to see if they even cleaned. Then when they see this post nothing will change. They will say, "they will talk to their staff"... No tp in the women's handicapped stall. My mom told me that. You'd figure for 17 bucks a pop, you'd get at least hot food. Chicked had 3 pieces in it 20 minute wait. I could go on and on. They treat their disabled employee terrible. I wish Scott Davis the owner would contact me. They will be out of business. I'll start with the health inspector. The beverage machine is nasty ice piled up and running on the floor. And they weren't even busy. Just lazy employees "kids" running the show. Their turnover rate is horrible this last year and I can see why. Instead of saying you'll talk to the "team" Scott Davis contact me. I'm on Facebook.....We gave the disabled employee a tip, they took it from her. They must not be able to hire adults Or their pay is horrible and only kids will work from them. Typical Pizza Ranch, food was kept hot and fresh. When we first planned on meeting family there while visiting the Waterloo/CF area for Christmas we thought that we would be a party of 5. It ballooned into a party of 10, we inquired about a private room so we could catch up and meet for the first time new members of the family. We were told that we had to reserve early, ok understandable. 10 people on two 4 tops didn’t allow us to do much more than eat. I noticed that two of the rooms were not used while we were there (1+ hour). Not being able to visit with half of our party was disappointing. My wife and I only make it back every two to three years. With her growing up on the west side of Waterloo and I growing up three blocks away, made this visit a disappointment. Very disappointed with pizza ranch tonight, tables were a mess, 2 young boys sitting from table to table on their phones taking up spaces from other people looking for a place to sit. Multiple times they were out of chicken, dressing, and potatoes. The dressing was crunchy not cooked all the way thru. Worst experience ever at that place. Went here as my grand daughter wanted to go for her birthday... Not the sort of place I would normally go but I actually enjoyed the fast food the pizzas and fried chicken were good and there was a salad bar with a good selection. There were a variety of puddings and ice cream. Soft drinks and coffees were also available. Everything is help yourself and it's an eat and drink as much as you like. There are private areas you can book for small parties. Prices were good and on Tuesdays kids eat free if under 13 with an adult. At the rear is a games room buy a card top it up and play a variety of games that give credits for prizes, you need a lot of credits for anything good but that is normal in these type of places. The kids enjoyed playing a variety of video games bowling, shooting and throwing games. Parking is easy at the front of the store. Very disappointed in our visit to Pizza Ranch. We were there around 7PM on a Saturday and it was very evident the workers did not care/want to be at work. They did not ask us if we had any special requests for pizza like other locations do. The ice machine did not work or produce ice. It was difficult to find a clean table to eat at. The floors were dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The ice cream machine was broken. Very limited food selections were out when we first went through. There were more choices later but the food was disappointing overall, including the chicken! This was the worst Pizza Ranch experience we’ve had. This Pizza Ranch used to be awesome!
