Sad. The Cedar Falls one went down hill, so we start going to this one. It was great for a few months and it sucks now. How sad. My wife got a glass and it had a green pepper or something green stuck inside it. It happens. I took it up.and asked for one without someone's supper in it. Heavy set blond lady huffed, threw it in a box and got me another one practically throwing it at me. And their chicken was cold. I will never EVER go to another Pizza Ranch again! Piss poor places like this won't stay in business. Same with the Cedar Falls location. Waste of 30 bucks and a Friday night! It was the snotty lady with all of the face percings. One of our favorite places to eat. Employees are friendly, and they always keep the buffet topped up. If your pizza isn't on the buffet, just ask. I love the BBQ chicken.
