Unfortunately starting to go downhill. I placed an order ahead a few weeks ago and noticed a big change in the amount of everything they give you in a bowl and it many things missing as well. The last two times I went there, I ordered at the counter and they give you about half the amount of add'ins and fish and twice the amount of rice now and little sauce, and there was only 1 staff member working the front with customers and online orders and she was VERY OVERWHELMED. The place looks like an absolute disaster and it's safe to say we will be looking for a new poke place. This place started out AMAZING and is quickly going downhill. I’ve been here 4-5x now and it only got worse and worse. Today I came in and the server took one scoop of each thing I asked for. Which was only rice, edamame, avocado, spicy tuna, and ginger. Which left my $20 bowl not even halfway full… definitely not worth the price. I got home hoping that it was taste good and make up for the lack of food in the bowl. Unfortunately it made it even a worse experience. The ginger tastes like cleaning products?? And the rice has a weird taste too. Probably won’t come back again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Couldn’t help but leave this review as I’m devouring my bowl! The food is fire!🔥 Not to mention how down to earth the owner is! I had accidentally walked thinking they were open because the open sign was still up and front worker had told me they closed. So I walk to my car start pulling out and the owner steps out and kindly waves me down. He then tells me to come back inside so he can make me a bowl! I highly recommend this place. Not only is the food amazing but the owner makes the experience of ordering a poke bowl so much less intimidating than I thought it would be. Being someone that isn’t too familiar to pair certain proteins and toppings together the owner was so amazing at suggesting different combinations! Will for sure be coming here more often! I've been coming here since it opened and was usually very happy however not after my last visit. First of all it was always a bit pricey but they just increased the prices again AND the portions have decreased significantly. The staff also seemed more concerned with filling Mobil and phone orders than helping customers standing in the store waiting. Spent 20 bucks for a bowl that can’t even make me full.( a lot of the normal options like seaweed salad and mango. You need to pay more here) The bubble tea was so bad that it cost 8 dollars which I can get a fancy bubble tea in flushing. Any other poke stores in Long Island. You could get a bowl with more food and lower price. No jokes. Service was excellent, food portions were not. A lot of up charges for things you get for free at other poke spots. The food was good but too expensive for what they give you. If you have no other options, it’s a decent stop in. But if you have other options There are much better poke spots. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time here. Lady was very direct and felt rushed. Got the pick 3. Was rushed through though not that busy. The portions of the proteins was very poor as I saw others getting much better services and sizes. Totally bad impression and what I walked out with for almost $20 is just sad. I'll stick to getting sushi up the road. UPDATE... Thought I would give this another try. The prices and up and the portion is just sad. Half the bowl and mostly rice.
