We never really solved the puzzle on how to get in touch with these folks to see when they were open. Their answering machine listed hours that were in direct conflict with information on their website. In the end, we never went.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Ponce Bistro this evening! Everything was superb and expertly prepared. The cuisine was so exceptional, we made another reservation before leaving, to introduce our friends to this place! Prince Bistro is a consistently wonderful experience! It is the closest I’ve gotten, in the US, to the experience I had dining at the very small places in Rome and Florence, Italy. I think this connection may not even be the goal of the restaurant, but nonetheless it turns out being a wonderful “happy accident”. They have turned a small modest building into a warm, welcoming environment that serves up amazing dining experiences. Great job!
