I love this old school, Mexican restaurant. It's one of the better on the East side. Especially, if you aren't interested looking for some overly fancy restaurant. I don't think that is the demographic for P&C's. The margaritas on a recent visit were a little bit watered down or just not as good as usual. However, the service and food are always top notch! What ever you do, don't look up. There's mold growing from the ceiling. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like now. Our waitress was amazing however. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
