Today I ordered a chicken combo meal with extra extra gravy and extra biscuit. When I got home to eat, there was only a container of gravy no mashed potatoes and no extra biscuit. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They forgot food in my order and when I returned and showed them the receipt from my phone they tried to say I did not actually pay for the items. The man then took my phone from my hands to look at the receipt and still tried to tell me that it was just my phone and not a receipt when it clearly reads receipt on top. He refused to give me the items I was missing and also told me he could not refund me. He was very rude and I did end up reaching out to corporate.
