Had a company party at Poplar Creek Bowl and it was the best party we've ever had. The staff was polite and always willing to go the extra mile. I couldn't recommend this place more for any kind of party or night out!

I recently attended a professional networking event for small business owners hosted at PCB, it was a great time and Amy was a wonderful host! The food is phenomenal, and hand made on site! I look forward to attending future events!

Unprofessional from the two ladies that run the banquets. The slick comments after everyone left, the attitude. And the constant begging for the bartender to be tipped after I said I will take care of him if he doesn’t make his desired goal.

Nice bowling alley with plenty of lanes and parking. And their pizza is surprisingly good. They have a weekend special from noon to 4pm which includes 1hr bowling, shoes, and pizza and soda for a good price.

Open Bowl hours for Saturday are clearly stated as 11AM-Midnight. Went there on Saturday 1/6 around 6:30 PM and were told that there was a league going on and we couldn't bowl until 9PM. Went somewhere else.

TLDR: impossible to schedule a party there, terrible customer service. I called one afternoon to inquire about booking a kid's birthday party since there isn't much info online. The woman who answered the phone said that they were very busy and she had someone in another line. I said I didn't mind holding. She let out an audible "UGH" and then hung up. I decided to forgive that, maybe she was just overwhelmed and I didn't want to judge a business based on one person's behavior. So I clicked the link to book a party on their website. It just sends an email so I asked about having a party- pricing, what's included, etc. I got no response. After 5 days, I sent another message. This time I did receive a response via email. A very unprofessional sounding, "What day and how many?" But she did answer my pricing question. I responded and asked another question. I have yet to hear back. Again. It's been 5 days. So obviously I'm going somewhere else with my money. Super disappointed because we've bowled here before and enjoyed it.

Great for business events! The food is AMAZING and the rooms are well suited for networking groups. Our Rotary Club hosted our annual installation dinner there and it was a hit! I’ve been attending meetings for the Schaumburg Business Assoc since January and the quality of food and service is consistently excellent.

Diane, who managed the event and also served as the chef, displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. Her meticulous assistance ensured that every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. Torrie, the manager, left a lasting impression with his unparalleled helpfulness, friendly demeanor, and unwavering professionalism. Additionally, the efforts of JOsh and Rocco were instrumental in maintaining the event's seamless flow. The culinary offerings were not only delectable but also showcased the culinary expertise of the team. The venue itself was impeccably maintained, underscoring the attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service. Without a doubt, this establishment stands out due to its exceptional customer service and dedication to the finer points. We not only plan to revisit but also wholeheartedly recommend this venue to everyone. Our experience celebrating here was truly remarkable.

After shopping at Woodfield Mall, we checked out Poplar Creek Bowl. This bowling alley has a pro shop, 32 lanes, and Bar Down Sports Bar. They offer a variety of bowling leagues and happy hour specials. For each person, it costs $5 shoe rental and $5 per game. Since they were prepared for leagues, they had a limited number of lanes available. If you needed a lighter ball (6 or 7 lbs), they were neon green and on a special rack by the desk. You pay at the end of the games. I had fun playing two games of bowling and I even won a sushi plush from their claw machine.

Have not been here since before the pandemic when the renovations were just starting. The 32 lane house looks clean & modern. Huge bar with plenty of room to play video gaming, pool, bags, watch tv or just chill with your friends. Plenty of bowling lockers available. Order food while bowling with your friends or join a league. Nice location for a bowling tournaments. Grab a chair or sit on the lovely leather couches to watch. There's also an arcade area. Large parking lot.
