Service was good with a nice location. Portions for the main courses were very small and it did not make it up in terms of taste as it was blend. Also you pay high prices for low quality food.

Perfect location for a wonderful seafood at Valletta Malta, you would never regret following the recommendations of the staff , we enjoyed the starters , brawn’s and calamari’s… then the red snapper was juicy in the salt . Porticello isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a party! On the night I visited, they were playing live music to which both guests and waiters were dancing by the harbor. The restaurant commands an incredible view looking out towards the modern apartments and skyscrapers of Sliema across the water, contrasting with the view of the old city of Valletta back towards the shore. The menu focuses on seafood with an Italian bent, and we had the Calamari alla Griglia, a dish of grilled calamari simply seasoned, grilled, and served over salad greens. An even better dish was the Polipo Saltado in Padella, made of chopped pieces of octopus pan-fried with cherry tomatoes and served over greens. The pieces of octopus had a slightly crispy texture around the edges and great flavor all around. The service here was super friendly, casual, and fun-loving, which was pleasantly surprising for a place with such a dressed up atmosphere! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic fish and seafood dishes! Friendly service and lovely busy atmosphere and great restaurant surroundings. Tuna carpaccio and Octopus salad starters were divine, as was my lobster ravioli.
