it. beef really good. but they don't pack food correctly. why would you save everything in there hotdogs all smashed bun was soggy. because hot dogs go's on top of heavy beef sandwiches. learn how to bag heavy at bottom or put hot dogs in one bag and fries in another. I decided to come to portillos because i love their food and how efficient they are with my food and service. However today i was not so satisfied with my experience here. I had to wait in this long ridiculous line for over 20 minutes! Then after receiving my vanilla milkshake i noticed that it was half way gone!!! My fries were cold as well and so was the cheese…… I would not recommend coming here around 8/8:30.

There's a reason this spot has passed the test of time. Good fast food option in the Chicagoland area. Great bang for your buck. I’ve had the Chicago dog and Italian sausage and both are good. Onion rings are fire. Lot of memorabilia and history hanging on the walls and in the rafters. Staff is friendly.
