Delivery order was all freshly made and exceptional in quality. Portions are large and satisfying. I got the tagliatelle and added shrimp and it was excellent. Also got spaghetti and meatballs and I like the way they not only bake the meatballs but must sautee them as they had a nice crust and were huge and delicious. I will be ordering again. Very unprofessional. They have no problem screwing people over and when you disagree with anything they post they call you a loser. I was “let go” in August because they didn’t want to pay my salary for the winter then come to find out less then ONE month after firing me, my assistant was promoted to my job. I am not the first person this has happened to. In my opinion that’s a disgustingly run company. There is also a high turnover rate which makes sense. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. There are much better restaurants on the Newburgh waterfront with much better food options but actual professionals running them. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We had the salad w/squid ink, octopus, pasta with muscles and salmon… EVERYTHING was perfect! The place is beautifully maintained, open concept and very sophisticated. The waitress was attentive. We’ve visited many restaurants since moving upstate and this is one of the best. We plan on returning once the weather gets warmer to enjoy the outside seating. Drinks are great. Chefs are great. Hospitality is average. This is a really neat spot along the river. Newburghs waterfront is really starting to make its mark around the Hudson Valley with a bunch of great restaurants and sights. Wonderful newest place for brunch on the Newburgh waterfront. Great atmosphere outside. Good views of the water and the bridge. Excellent food. Good drinks and desserts. We had the most amazing time at Primo celebrating my sisters Bridal Shower. Everything from the food, drinks, service and atmosphere was absolutely perfect.
