The motto rings true! It is indeed a pleasure to shop there. The store is always clean, everyone is friendly. The fresh seafood smell is strong, however on Gun Battle Road. At any rate, that doesn't negate the fact that you have everything you need at your fingertips under one roof.

Staff are pros. They'll look you in the face and answer any questions you've got. They do not dodge. This Publix is well organized and clean. If you're mindful of every penny spent, you'll notice the higher pricing, but Publix offsets this with top-tier service and quite a few BO(or 2)GO free offerings.

I will pay extra to gain and avoid certain things. If you spend too much at Publix, you’re doing it wrong. Do your homework before you go. I enjoy shopping here. Quiet. Clean and a friendly team. Shout out to Cheryl, at self checkout, for being so warm and friendly. Thanks Publix! Continue to take my money please.

I love Publix but this locations sub station is HORRIBLE!!!! - slowest people on earth. I waited 30 minutes in a line of 4 people ( shows how much I love there subs ) - they never keep there hot case stocked with chicken tenders or anything… even at dinner time.

We are from out of town and definitely enjoyed our pass through. Shawnee at the deli was wonderful and quick with helping the customers get their orders. She made our sandwiches to the capital T honey!! If you want a great sandwich, go to her. She’ll get you right! If you want it with extra love, bring some patience witcha.

Publix is always a great place to shop. The staff are always friendly, and you won't run into any rude folks. Although, due to it simply being Publix, the prices are quite high. Although Publix brand products are pretty good themselves.

Today was hands down my BEST Publix experience! Shawnee in the Deli department met all of my needs....and more! She was the absolute best at just simply doing her job. She made me feel appreciated as a customer and the salad she made for me was phenomenal!

Publix is my favorite grocery store, hands down. I am at this particular Publix weekly. Everyone here is helpful and kind at all times. That’s why I was surprised today to be treated badly at the deli. I just wanted a sandwich. I got to the counter and waited. People were behind the counter were cleaning but no one offered to help me. Finally a sweet gentleman stoped slicing meat and came over and made my sandwich. He asked the lady, Shawnee, who was cleaning why she hadn’t helped me. She rolled her eyes and said “I thought she was waiting on chicken” and walked away. I waited almost 20 minutes. Shawnee is the only rude employee at this Publix I’ve ever met. I went to customer service and told the lady behind the counter and she just said that she must be new and needed more training.
