0...went into the store to let them know a dryer did not work after putting 1.50$ into it the toothless lady was very rude and in front of several customers said I'm sick of laundry mat people coming over here complaining about the junk at the laundry mat I said well excuse me who are we suppose to tell !? She really shouldn't have a job !!! Just saying !!!
I've always had a great experience at this store till tonight. Carrie was so rude and gave me the hardest time. I know time are rough we all go through things but treating your customers rude is something I never experienced in this location before.
Pretty solid location. Clean store. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.
Credit Union machine and a Bitcoin machine are both located here as well.
Next door is a laundromat that mimics the hours of operation. Last load is 2 hours before closing.
It's a shame this place isn't 24 hour anymore.
This is a great convenience store. They are open until midnight. There is a Michigan State University Federal Credit Union ATM machine. The doughnuts are great for a local chain. Cookies are good. One of the better Paczki places in Lansing. The Laundromat is clean and usually in working order.
Best French Onion Dip EVER! No joke, this company knows what good dip is like! It is low in sodium compared to other dips and the favor is on point!
Oh, and they sell a whole bunch of other stuff too... similar to 7-11. They also have hand scooped ice cream, so that is cool too. Staff was friendly. Did I mention the french onion dip? ITS AMAZING!
I frequently go to the Grand Ledge Quality Dairy for items u won't find elsewhere. The Q.D. French onion dip is the best u will find anywhere! The milk is always fresh & from local farms. Their bakery, which makes all the donuts, cookies & other special treats, is 2nd to none! I can't say enough about the friendly, helpful staff, from the ones who have been around for a while, to the young ones. They r all excellent in customer service, always w/a genuine smile for their customers. The last thing I'd like to bnb mention is Quality Dairy's ice cream! All of it is premium, whether u r buying by the cone, pint or 1/2 gallon. Q D's death by chocolate is like no other. They came up with the flavor & no other store's brand by the same name can compare! Why, I think I just talked myself into a pint. Gotta go get some, maybe I'll see u there.😋
Many other Quality Dairy locations have had very impressive service... this isn’t one of them. Staff doesn’t seem very engaged, friendly, or concerned with helping customers. Store is clean, and functional... they just don’t go the extra mile, which is disappointing.
They are a quick and easy place to stop for bread, milk, sandwiches, ice cream, etc. They offer a "QD card". Every time you purchase something, swipe your card and earn points for discounts, free items, or save your points towards a cash card. You also get $.03 discount on gas when you swipe your card at the QD gas stations! The staff is usually very nice and helpful also. The Grand Ledge Quality Dairy is always helping out our local sports teams and offering bags of ice, buy one get one free! Love the community support!
