Fantastic food that's always well-prepared and typically quite quickly. Staff is always great. The store is well kept and generally clean, though often busy because of the college-kid hangout feel of the place. The only real downside to this location is the parking - parking is minimal, lot is nearly always full, and the general flow of traffic / parking lot is poorly designed. Sometimes, the food smacks. Sometimes, it's not worth it. When it's good, it's really good. My two biggest complaints are that the prices have increased a ton and the size of the chicken is small. A piece of chicken is barely longer than the sauce cup! That's absurd for the caniac combo to cost over $19 after tax! I had to downgrade this location a little. They obviously try hard, but often miss the mark. The last 2 times they asked me if I wanted ketchup, yet I found none when I opened the box. The last 2 times I was given stone cold fries. The tiny slaw is ridiculous but I realize that's a franchise thing. I find this location difficult to navigate with insufficient parking Previously: Tasty food. Good value. I love the toast. They should give more choices for sauces.
