I’m a vendor at this store, he older AA man who STOCKS the pet department is rude and hateful man. He doesn’t let anyone do their job and is always nasty he needs to be removed.
I've always come here to shop, but specifically on a Sunday, I came by Starbucks. jenny was the attendant. so Jenny is just very rude and unfriendly. I was ordering and very rudely "What size" I couldnt hear her well, so she literally hollered and very bothered said," I said WHAT SIZE" when I had said I wanted a grande... anywho, I tried to put my rewards number and she said I couldn't do that. umm ok. I gave her cash in her hand, and she rudely tossed my coins on the counter and walked away. ugh. when my coffee cake was ready, she just threw it and "Here goes your coffee cake," it almost felt as if I wasn't paying attention. when my drinks were ready, she almost dropped them too! and threw my straws at me. there was a sign that said" Thank you for always giving us 7 stars" Is that for Starbucks or Ralphs, cause the barista JENNY sucked.
Giving Ralph's 3 stars because their clearance items are purposely priced high or at regular price. Honey on clearance was 4.50, same as the regular price. Other items were the same.
This is the only Ralphs that carries vegetarian and vegan items. It's a shame that more Ralphs don't carry or stock organic, plant based, soy and wheat free products. I enjoy shopping at this location sales associates are extremely helpful, courteous, there's always more than two registers and self-checkouts open/available. I drive 6.9 miles (25 mins)to this location. I don't mind doing so at least once or twice weekly.
The employees and service was awesome but what wasn’t was me getting profiled by the security. He should be worried about why his BO is so bad and how to fix it .
The most awkward interaction I had. Checked out by Rolando r. First thing he did was look at my phone and asked me what I was watching? How about you mind your own business and check me out. Not even friendly just nosy.
Rolando a cashier do not know what custumer service is or just likes to be a jerk! He's weird,I had a very awkward interaccion with this man.he checked me out without saying a word but trying to make me uncomfortable but I outsmarted him out! Good manners school is waiting for this fool!
Every customer have the right to be treated right regarless if he does'nt like them. First you don't know them, to be a jerk!
