Hands down the best service ever!! On January the 16th our party of 11 arrived about 20-30 minutes before closing and the host/server was so friendly and welcoming that you wouldn’t have ever thought they were getting ready to close. The service from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was amazing, our server (Chris) took his time to go over all the appetizers even gave some input on his favorites and the popular ones. Our appetizers came out within 10-15 minutes and our entrees arrived about 15 minutes afterwards. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience, now this was not our first time here but it had been a while since we visited due to moving away. I would definitely say the entire closing crew did an amazing job making sure we had great service and hot/fresh food, this was the best visit we’ve ever had. Now I’m not saying to go in right before closing, I’m just saying that despite that the crew went above and beyond to make us happy. We will definitely be returning and hopefully have the please of having Chris serve us again! Rat toes are awesome. We ordered the fried fish and shrimp and it did not disappoint. The wild berry lemonade is the bomb. Manager was very attentive to all the guests of the restaurant. Impressive! To begin with, the cleanliness of the place is top-notch. The food and beverages are absolutely divine! I'll certainly make a return visit. If you have a taste for Cajun cuisine, this restaurant is a must-try. I absolutely adore it! Food: I was craving fresh fish so I Googled nearby seafood restaurants and found this restaurant that I had never visited. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I walked through the doors which I loved...y'all know that's my pet peeve. I ordered blackened redfish, dirty rice, and a side salad. I appreciate the ability to substitute the green beans for a side salad with no questions asked...thank you to Razzoo's management. The food tasted fresh, clean, flavorful and so good. I don't regret my decision to visit this restaurant nor do I regret my food selection. Service: There was practically no one there, which I appreciated because I really wasn't up to being around a crowd. I received an attentive greeting and was quickly seated. My server was detailed, personable, efficient and not overbearing. Ambiance: Nice and quiet...almost empty. The parking lot, exterior, and interior of the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Food was ok, mediocre at best. Service left something to be desired. Our waitress was nice, but very distracted by a table that had to have been friends of hers, since every time we looked for her that’s where she was. The drinks were good but weak. Basically this place is the Chuy’s or Chili’s of Cajun food. Not worth it if you’re used to better. Worth it if you like those type of places. Side note, the fried alligator and Tartar sauce was delicious.
