Best nachos I've ever had. They are totally house made.

Wigwam Red's Grill is losing it's flare. Red's Grill was once a great place to take our family for brunch, lunch and dinner. It's been a staple brunch location for our family after church for more than a decade. Their service has taken a turn for the worse this year. Its been extremely disappointing the last few times that we've eaten there, their wait service has been rude, the wait-time for our food has taken longer than normal and a relaxing dining experience has become frustrating and far from relaxing. Expect to only have one drink because no one comes back to give refills or take any new drink orders, the food took forever and the gentlemen bringing out our food order was rude, rolling his eyes at us and didn't have any customer service experience. I would say the experience was pretty appauling for being at the Wigwam, I would compare our experience to eating at Denny's.

Food isn't that good... A friend ordered the chicken chopped salad and literally had one sliver of chicken. I ordered the chicken wrap, and it reminded me of a gas station wrap. Staff is friendly, but they are very under staffed. Overall, for the prices, the quality and presentation are extremely poor, the restaurant area needs to be deep cleaned, and they need more staff.

Was there for happy hour on National Margarita Day, they didn't have any major specials for happy hour, you just get $2 off the drinks. I had the nachos, which were really good. My friend had the chicken chopped salad and it did not look or taste good, so she ordered hot wings instead and those were good. The best part of the restaurant is the views. It's on the Wigwam gold resort so it has a resort patio tupe of feeling. They have tables with a fireplace to keep warm when it's colder. The ambiance is very nice!

DON'T GO! We had dinner reservations and were seated right away. There were many people there but it wasn't packed. We sat in the patio, which was a nice atmosphere. We placed an order shortly after arriving and it took 1.5 hours to get our food! The server told us multiple times that the food would be "right out", but it wasn't. When the food finally arrived, two of the dinners were good (not great), the burger was okay at best, and the Chicken Alfredo was tasteless and cold. This was the worst dining experience we've had anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. We'll never go back.

My daughters had dinner about a month ago before their homecoming dance. They all ordered salads and it was only 3 girls that ordered. They had a server named Rhianna who overcharged them 30 dollars. Unfortunately my girls were in a hurry and did not realize that had happened to them. They even left a 10 dollar tip as well. This horrible women walked out with a 40 dollar tip that night when the check would have been around 60 dollars she gave them a check that said the total was 100. One of the mothers called to complain and we still have not heard anything back regarding them. To top it off I have heard from people that this so called server Rihanna adds a tip to herself when she is serving the youth. Very disappointed.
