Jessica was our server and she was phenomenal. Lobster 🦞 Fest was great. Seating was fast. Restaurant was very clean and organized 👌. Handicap ♿️ parking is available and Handicap ♿️ restrooms were available. Great place for family dinners. Photos 📸 are available for sale. Highly recommend this restaurant for the whole family. Michelle was our server yesterday evening and was such a sweetheart! We normally don’t go to the locations in our hometown because service is awful. Thought we’d give another location a try and this restaurant has blown us away. Will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience, food was also amazing. This location was amazing. I worked at the Red Lobster location in Stony Brook NY for 10 years so I know this restaurant very well. I was sad they got rid of the Berry Mango Daiquiri so I got a Bahama Mama instead and it was just okay. I like sweet drinks so maybe I should have gotten something else. Okay let me say this, the location I went to had the stuffed flounder!!! We took it off our menu up in NY years ago and it was such a good dish! I'm so happy its back now. The service was amazing. I went on a slow weekday so I was happy to see the entire staff was on point regardless of business volume. I work at a restaurant in Disney now but I sometimes miss the Red Lobster company. My dining experience at this location made me miss the company even more. Red Lobster is still going strong regardless of economic conditions which is very impressive. The good was good, service was a highlight. Wish I got his name, but both the server and the busboy were fast, friendly and professional. Got the endless shrimp special and there was virtually no wait. No complaints, a great time. Visited Halloween 2023. Went while on our leisurely anniversary vacation. I didn't want anything exotic or unknown for dinner, I told my husband, "Let's go somewhere there are no extra twists on the food. The menu says garlic butter, but I get some spicy, salty, garlic, oily concoction. The host, manager, and waitress were attentive, polite, and very social. Didn't have to wait long to be seated, but know that it's next door to Old Town and parking is a little difficult. But we enjoyed our meal very much. Also, they were offering a free photo postcard. We'll be sure to visit this location next time we're are in town.
