This location is struggling. The service was top notch, but the food is not the same quality I remember from previous trips and other locations. Maybe we caught it on a bad day, but the shrimp fettuccine was bland and the crab legs were depressingly small - felt guilty seeing them on a plate. Unexpected family of three!!!

We were treated with the utmost disrespect. The fact that I had my mother there with me and also that I have spent plenty of money there. I was absolutely appalled. We arrived at 5 pm for dinner (party of 6), there were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot and the restaurant looked pretty empty through the windows. When we walked in there were two parties of two waiting for tables ahead of us and we were quoted "a few minutes" for a table. We waited 30 minutes for a table with no communication from the host. A party of 5 came in with a reservation and were seated immediately (which is understandable) and we were told "maybe 10 or 15" more minutes. We ended up leaving without eating. Service: 1

Host and waitress were very friendly and attentive. Soft lighting, and laid back ambiance during lunch time. We haven't been to RL for more than 2 decades, so it was a refresher to try it out again. Lots of great flavors, but all the food had too much butter and salt for my tasting. My favorite was the lobster pasta, although I did bite into a couple shells that weren't completely cleaned off the lobster. Overall very delicious meal, just a little heavy on the butter and salt. I started my journey attempting to plan a birthday party in the party room in March 2023. I submitted an ADA disability accommodation request which was ignored and I struggled to find out who was responsible. In April, after a month of going around, I finally just gave up and I wrote a negative review. The District Manager, Joe, responded to me and one of my guests personally. We had a long discussion about all the access barriers -- including just having the ADA request responded to. Because so much was riding on complete access for all guests, they offered to cater to a nearby park at no extra charge...as the extra charge would be on me for securing a shelter (over $100). 6 months later and a lot of blood, sweat and tears, I finally got to celebrate my birthday in September. The food and service were great. I miss the days when I could just spur the moment, go to any restaurant I wanted and conveniently enjoy a space that was compatible with my body. I wish Red Lobster would take action to ensure its facilities were completely accessible. It wouldn't require much of a change to their protocols, and it would likely be cheaper and more healthy for all guests in the future. I got the endless shrimp, they came out perfect every time. Serve was great server was always there and encouraging getting more shrimp. A manager delivered one of the plates, and was seen around the restaurant. I’d come back. We went to Red Lobster in Golden Valley last night for a birthday. The restaurant was clean and looked nice and the food and drinks were delicious. Our server (Marraya G!) was super friendly and attentive and created a really great evening. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
