Dislike that they got rid of their lobster pizza, that was a staple when my wife and I visit. Instead they have lobster flat bread, which is similar but isn't the same... pizza has more toppings all the way to the edge... shrimp was overcooked,and dry after the first serving. Small portion for the fish meal. Friendly waitress.

I decided to take my husband out for a surprise lunch. So we drove over 2 hours away to get here.
It was not easy to find. Do not use A gps device because you will not find it using that. We ended up inside the mall Looking at their directory, I found out it was outside the mall and then trying to locate it, which took us about twenty minutes.
The food in the service, however, was very much worth the drive,

Was disappointed with the decor. You could not tell it was a red lobster from the inside. The restrooms need updating they look pretty run down.
They have plenty of parking and easy accessibility into the building. The parking lot is very large.

Waitress absolutely sucked! Took us 10 minutes just to get water and it wasn't even busy! Pasta with shrimp...pasta was at least a day old. We were never handed a bill as the waitress said we had to pay online only. I'll never step inside this restaurant again!

Food was delicious. Everyone very polite staff. Just very uncomfortable with family that was there constantly coughing Cleary sick. Like stay home if you're that sick. So that kinda ruined my experience. Also was very warm where we sat. Caleb our server was amazing! Thanks!

Has this place been updated since the 1990s? The broccoli was absolutely dead. The steak was good. The shrimp was perfect. They tried putting too much on the table without moving that black computer thing, those really necessary?

The food was lacking sauce and flavor. Apparently they are getting rid of crab Alfredo completely... NOT COOL. It was hard to get our server when we needed to. Very nice staff but service could have been better. The high chairs were all covered in food, crumbs, smeared food. We had to baby wipe ours down before putting him in it. We were seated next to all the seats and every single one was gross and definitely not even cleaned daily. This was a somewhat unpleasant experience and I don't think we will be back.

My Mango Sunset Passion Colada was delicious! The biscuits were delicious as always. My fish & chips were good but the fish didn’t have any flavor. I liked the breading though! But I don’t think I’d order it again because it was $16 for one piece of fish and fries.

Wow! 🤩 by far one of the best service we have had. Martin was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! He paid close attention and knew what we wanted before asking him. He was attentive, kind, polite, respectful, and fast. I felt like I was at a 5💫star restaurant. Food was great and hot! As soon as it came out it was served to us, which we appreciate very much. We can’t wait to go back!

Great lunch! Ryan was our server - friendly, funny & efficient! Food was excellent- exactly what we ordered. We have plenty left for dinner. I ordered the pick your salad, appetizer (shrimp cocktail) & meal (broiled salmon). Good deal on that combo too! I also had a Berry Sangria - pretty - kind of fruity/koolaidish. Not sure if it had any alcohol.
