We went for a late dinner on our trip. The place seemed like it had been hit hard with customers and was struggling to get it back together. Our waiter was really nice though.

Upscale burger joints with typical decor. One side of the restaurant has a bar and four TV screens tuned to sports. Great place for a quick tasty burgers, beers, and limited selection of cocktails.

Last time when we came here was either 2014 or 2015 because then food wasn't good at all. It's been like 8 or 9 years so We tried again. Our server was excellent! French fries were ok but burger that I ordered wasn't good again. I liked Red Robin when I lived in Vancover, Canada...taste very different.

Arrived at the restaurant on 30 November 2023 roughly 7:15pm. Was seated at a booth in the corner near the bar. We weren't served spoke to or greeted for the entirety of our short visit, which ended abruptly at 7:30 pm. The hostess sat another family roughly 10 minutes after my family. The waitress proceeded to serve that family, look at us and say I will be with you shortly. I don't know the reason behind this but I can say one family didn't look like the other. Unfortunately, I won't return to this location and this was my first ever experience with Red Robin.

I ordered thr Crispy Chicken Tender Salad. The description states it includes hard boiled and mixed greens. My salad included 100% iceberg lettuce and no egg. It
included the rest of the items as stated in the description. If your not going to include items as stated you need to update your menus or inform the customer!

Our server was awesome! We have not been to a Red Robin for over a decade and she was very quick to let us know what is different on the menu and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. The food was great. We order the boneless wings, fish and chips, bacon fondue burger, and mini corn dogs. It was all great. Overall experience 10/10!

Walked in on a Friday night with a party of 12 and the staff sat us in no time!! The host/hostess were extremely accommodating and so polite! Our server was extremely attentive, making sure we never needed to actually ask for anything!! She just knew what to get! The food runner Lauren was so funny and our kids thought she was just the absolute best!! Great GREAT experience and I couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience here, from the hostess who made sure I felt comfortable knowing there were gluten-free practices in place, to our attentive (and also vigilant about food allergies) waiter. The food was delicious - love finding a good Impossible burger, and the fries were crispy and unlimited! Overall, a great dining experience!

A neat place to have a burger.
My burger was good, but not stellar. I ordered from the 'Tavern' menu, since couldn't fathom having a 15-dollar burger (price and calories).
Wrapped and flavored in a way that reminded me A BIT of In-And-Out Burger, but at a much different price.
The bun seemed like a regular supermarket bun. Mine disintegrated as I went along eating the burger. The aluminum wrap was so necessary in keeping everything from disaster.
I would've rather have a brioche or Kaiser roll. Maybe not in the 'tavern' category.
Their gimmick is all-u-can-eat fries. Good gimmick!
These were nice, thick and well cooked, but hardly fresh from the fryer in the 2 different days I visited (both for the ones that came with my meal and the extra ones).
All-in-all a neat place to visit and experience, but not one I would long for.
