Actually this was my second time probably in 5 years. The appetizers were totally un appealing spread out so it looks like it's alot. The burger fish sandwich and fries??? The staff was awesome. The Ribs were Ok for a not BBQ place, maybe a 3.5. The burger, Gourmet Burger was cold with room temperature fries. We sent it back. The replacement burger was smaller than an In and Out patty. Not sure where their big juicy burgers went. Wont return 😔 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food was standard quality for RR. Asked for no pink and well done burger. Was overall cooked to order but there was minor pink on the edge. Unusual place for pink from an overall charred patty. Fries were hot and great texture. Important: witnessed an employee wash their hands incorrectly and was in clear violation to health standards. Manager: re train and reiterate the importance of proper hand washing for ALL employees. not just cooks. You are responsible for folks health and poisoning can take weeks to recover. The employee needs to properly and thoroughly wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. This employee was all over the restaurant touching multiple high touch points for customers. Please do better. Facilities overall clean. Attending wait staff were very friendly. Public: Late last year the Health department has given this location a 86/100 safety score with one major violation of potential contamination and a minor violation for unsafe holding temperature.
