Beware of using your card and make sure you check your receipt. I was charged for a $48.49 tip and had to do a dispute with my bank. Red Snapper claim they are unable to reverse to give money back but are aware that it’s been happening. Today is February 2 and I promised the owner Tito that I would update my response. I received my money back last week. Although it wasn’t easy I had to do a claim dispute which took awhile. They still tried to convince me that I put in the tip and I did not. The lady took my card from my husband because it wouldn’t go through and swiped it. They had no idea that I was in the car. I contacted them again explaining that my husband was a faithful customer of theirs and they gave me the owners Tito’s number. I spoke to him and he apologized and advised that he would have giving it back if they would have called. Some people give tips but that wasn’t my case. All in all it’s over. Stopped in really quick to grab some wings for dinner, cashier nice and helpful and food was prepared as requested. I have eaten here plenty of times and the food is as good as expected. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Idk if this restaurant is under new management or the management fired all the staff and now he has to ring up the customers but he is VERY RUDE ‼️‼️. If I give him my cash in his hand he will place my change on the counter. It’s like he want touch my black hand. And he never gets my order right. He always has an attitude like he’s annoyed that he has to be at work or something. They need to bring the other cashiers back because he is going to run the ppl away
