Their frozen drinks actually have a coffee flavor (unlike a lot of other "coffee" shops) and this is highlighted by the wonderful smell of fresh coffee as soon as you walk in. We've been twice and I'm sure will be back many times. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are delicious.

It’s hard to find a coffee shop with such a great ambience east of Dallas, what a gem! The coffee and treats were delicious! In fact, I think they may have had the best sugar cookie I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had quite a bit of sugar cookies before this. Adding this place to my weekend rotation!

Heard about Renew opening and had to go check it out! Went with my daughter and we ordered our drinks and tried specialty drinks, both amazing!!!! Blake helped us pick them out by popularity and they were delicious.
Blake was very nice and introduced himself and we got to talking and loved how it had that small town feel as he said. I grew up in a small town and loved it! Will definitely be back and can't wait to try another drink.

I love this coffee shop. Madison and Blake have poured their hearts into creating a welcoming place for everyone. If you're in the Royse City area, you have to try Renew Coffee. My favorite drinks are the Ginger Mint Iced Tea or the Salted Mocha - SO good!

This was our first time coming to Renew Coffee, as we like to support local businesses and try different coffee shops around the area.
The atmosphere was great. You can tell a lot of love and work went into getting the details right on the interior of the shop. The decor was nice and there was a decent amount of seating for patrons to wait, or enjoy their coffee.
Customer service… Blake (one of the owners) was working when we visited. He introduced himself and was super friendly and welcoming. From my understanding, Blake and his wife are the owners and she had been working a lot all week, so Blake was working by himself on the morning when we visited. As a new business and with two owners working and pouring their love and soul into their business, I understand there are going to be some kinks and issues to iron out. Since Blake was the only one working, it meant he was taking orders AND making each drink. When we arrived there was one gentlemen waiting on a couple of drinks and we placed our order next. I expected to possibly wait about 5-10 minutes for our drinks.
We waited for about 20 minutes, as it got busy and Blake had to take several orders for maybe 3 separate couples, before going back to making drinks. Then somehow in the queue of drinks, the people that ordered behind us (about 5 minutes after us) had one of their drinks ready before ours, and their name was called and the drink placed on the counter. We were patient and understanding and just waited for ours to be made.
I understand it’s a new coffee shop and it takes a little time to get things well-oiled and running smooth. My only suggestion would be for at least two people (both owners) to be working so someone can take orders while the other makes drinks, and then both of them can make drinks when all the orders are taken. That, or hire additional help to make drinks and take orders. It would dramatically speed up the process and reduce the long wait times for customers.
Even after waiting approx. 20 minutes for two iced drinks, our coffees were really good! The taste was great and we agreed that we wanted to return to try some of their other drinks and flavors. It’s a 5 out of 5 for the coffee and atmosphere, as well as for the friendliness from Blake! Our one small complaint was the wait time and drink preparation process.
I would recommend that you go check out Renew Coffee and give them a chance! Just be patient and bear with them, and be prepared for a little bit of a wait, if there are people ahead of you.

Great to have a nice new neighborhood coffee shop in Royse City. Friendly staff; good drinks, comfortable atmosphere, but need to get service issues resolved. 3 orders came out at very different times; when initially ordered, the orders had to be repeated; 1 order came out incorrect; 1 coffee was luke warm at best. New establishment working out the kinks but 1st impressions are crucial...

I’m going to be generous, as this is a new business. The interior is finished out fairly nicely. Unfortunately, that’s the most positive thing I can say for our first visit. We waited in a short line that took almost 15 minutes for the three orders in front of us to be taken. The ordering process was not completely an easy process, as there was confusion and we both had to repeat our orders. Then there was the wait on our drinks and pastry. If there had been a longer line, we would have probably left, as the service was just so slow. Maybe the owners were just not well prepared for the opening,. We will try it again later on to see if maybe they have figured it all out. The latte was good…so there was that.
I just went into Renew Coffee for the first time and I am so glad that I found this local coffee shop! The owner was incredibly nice and made my coffee promptly while carrying on a very nice conversation with me! GREAT coffee as well!
