Thank you for the excellent food and service! We ordered beef and chicken burgers at our table and everyone was stunned by the flavors and the textures of the ingredients, and the sheer size of the portions. We came with no expectations and left having found a new favorite restaurant in town.
In addition to menu staples such as burgers and salads, guests can enjoy specialties like bone marrow. Truly unexpected from a small scale hotel restaurant!
The people in the kitchen truly know what they're doing, and the hotel owners have an excellent eye for design and esthetics. It truly had the aura of an art hotel. Hotel MORE ans its restaurant are truly hidden gems in the quiet streets Liepāja. As a native I'm proud to see businesses grow and aim for the heights of excellency. For transparency, we weren't guests at the hotel per say, but arrived at noon on a workday for a late breakfast. We were welcomed and very well taken care of. Truly looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful discovery in Liepaja! Luxurious interior, cozy courtyard, many tables and an amazing kitchen. The only thing that needs improvement is the service: the waitress brought the main dishes first and only after that the appetizers. The tableware was missing, so we had to wait a few minutes for the hot dishes to cool on the table... However, everything was redeemed by the wonderful taste of the dishes: the cod was unforgettable, and the oysters with green apples and onions melted in the mouth. We will definitely come back here!

Super! Really good restaurant. Food are made very good. the taste is not always ideal, but feels that the chef is trying to do well. Meat was cooked very well in all dishes, in the kids food too. You can see that the chef likes pesto and some of the ingredients but it doesn't spoil the food in any way.

Recommend to try Zombie coctail.
When you need to choose "Sides" I suggest to try sweet potato fries with aioli because it was way better than french fries. Moreover, I ate shashlik of turkey thigh and it was delicous too.

Pork Ribs with Potato
The service is precise and the waiter speaks a very good English. The place is clean and simple. The dishes are sophisticated and despite the short menu they have options for everyone. I took the vegetarian dish which was very good, even for my eyes.
The only thing is that, maybe there were too much things in this dish that some flavors disappeared and you actually did not understand what you were eating (even if it was very good and tasty).
The beer was also particular and I really appreciated it. The price was unexpectedly low compared to the dishes (very positive thing).
