We were actually walking to another place for lunch past Rita Steinberg but the beautiful design of this restaurant attracted us, so we decided to have lunch there. We loved the food, their green borsch was just the way it's supposed to be, their falafel with hummus was one of the best we've tried and had very tasty olives. We enjoyed the food so much, we even ordered some to go. Oh, and their menu is written with a touch of humour, which is cool.

one of the best restaurants in Chernivtsi. Jewish cuisine restaurant. food quality at the highest level. The style of the restaurant is wonderful.

I was very disappointed today, I had high hopes based off of great reviews on here. Unfortunately my experience was not positive. I believe I ordered fried chicken with baked potatoes (although I said with vegetables, I got thin pieces of tomatoes that I think it’s more for decoration) The dish was very dry, it did not come with any sauce. I’ve been here in Ukraine for a while now and often dry dishes like these comes with a sauce so that people can swallow the food. I asked the waiter for a sauce, he said no. I continue to try to eat the dry plain tasted food with my water to try and push it down my throat. Eventually, I gave up and ask the waiter again for any type of sauce. He gave me a white sauce that’s kind of tasted like sour cream, didn’t really compliment my food but it’s better than nothing. Right after I made the payment, I noticed I was charged for the sauce. Unbelievable.
