If you love seafood, this is the place to go! But if you prefer something else, the choices are excellent. It is pricey but we go there for a night out or special occasion. I must warn you though reservations are a must!!! We called on a Monday right after they opened to reserve a table for a birthday gathering on that following Sat. Take your appetite and ENJOY. We had a delicious dinner. My husband had their steak and shrimp Valentine special. Steak was cooked perfectly. My halibut was so moist and flaky. Our waiter was Curtis and he was great. Enjoyed a delicious early dinner in Feb 2024 with my husband. Our servers were excellent and the food was all great from peel-n-eat shrimp, oysters on half shell, salad with homemade dressings, grilled shrimp platter and grilled grouper dinner. All food came out quickly and in good time, the drinks were topped off really well, and our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The only thing I didn't care for was the potato cakes. I guess I thought they would be more like potato pancakes, but they were mushy inside and not very potato tasting. The river views from our table were relaxing and pleasant, and it was fun to watch the geese on the river Definitely a great seafood experience in a landlocked state! This place had the best salmon I have ever put in my mouth! Rachel went out of her way to make sure that I was taking care of. Although it was a rainy day, there was a nice view and great atmosphere. We made reservations. We wanted maybe 20 minutes. Our waitress was excellent, her name was Rachel. The food was so good, well cooked and delicious. My only suggestion would be your seating is not comfortable. We sat at a booth. One side barely left room to get into. The seats are not comfortable at all. But the food and service was great. We have eaten here 3 times in the last week and we live 48 miles away (one way). Do we like it? We love the seafood! 4 years ago we moved from the coast (I’m a diehard beach girl) to the mountains. I have missed the great seafood from the coast until we discovered Riverfront Seafood. This is as good as I have had in Virginia Beach, Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, etc. no more missing great seafood.
