We stopped here for lunch hoping for paella in their menu. Turns out it was in the summer menu. We ordered a calamari, great with the included fried green beans and fried artichoke. The arugula salad was nice, candied pecan and blue cheese with a balsamic dressing. We ordered a pork cutlets with demiglace, garlic mash potatoes and steamed veggies. The pork a tad dry and mash potatoes a little salty. We also ordered a carbonara and a porcini trufffle ravioli. Both were tasty but also on the salty side. From the moment I stepped into Roma, I felt like I was back home with my Italian cousins. Great service and the owner was very nice to us. Will and Rodil really made the night. As for the food I got the Carbonara, had a really nice sophisticated flavor and done in a unique way I haven’t seen before. Finished off the night with an Affogato. Left feeling happy and full.
