I have been to most of the Rosati’s locations north of Chicago and the Harvard location is my favorite! The host (Megan) Is always friendly and helpful with questions about the menu or daily specials and makes great suggestions if I’m undecided. I visit the Harvard location several times a week and love their lunch special of Italian beef, fries and drink! I order mine special and I’m never disappointed! The gravy is more flavorful and the beef portion is generous! I won’t get started on their fries! The Owners are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve become a regular at the Rosaties in Harvard and they make me feel like family. Check them out! You wont be disappointed! I had a disappointing experience with this pizza store. Despite ordering a double dough cheese pizza, they provided a thin crust cheese pizza instead. When I raised the issue during pickup, the employee seemed uninterested and claimed he wasn't responsible. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me with a negative impression.
