The servers are nice, but this was the second time we were charged for something we were told was going to be removed from our ticket. Then the staff doesn't know what to do but apologize for being over charged. I think I will vote by spending my money elsewhere. The cook who worked valentine's day '24 was someone who genuinely cared about the quality of the food and their work. Was the best I've had by a large margin. Would heavily recommend this location. Stopped in while passing through, sat at the bar and received fast and friendly service from Rebecca. Salad bar was well stocked and delicious. Tried the stuffed mushrooms and they were very good, would order again! Good experience for a chain for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The first time I went to Ruby Tuesdays in West Plains, MO it was less than expected. Poor service and the food was not good. I believe every business deserves a second chance. The second visit was much better. The server, Kelish, made the experience even better. I will go back the next time I am in West Plains. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Kaylee ,our server, was very helpful with finding foods on the menu and was great with checking in if we needed anything at any and every part of our meal. The food was cooked very well and was very enjoyable. Tee and Jen did an amazing job in kitchen. Sara was nice when we walked in the door as well. Usually quite a nice place to dine. Hitting it on Labor Day holiday was maybe not the best choice. We had the garden bar and that was very good. No complaints about that. However just about every other table that was around us was not happy with what they had ordered. You have to take into account it was a holiday and perhaps it was understaffed. One person complained that the smashburger was too small and burnt and didn't cover the bun. It was explained that there smash burgers were made by cutting a patty in half and then smashing it as much as possible. So what looks like a double Patty is really just a single one smashed into two. Another said he was willing to share his onion rings with a person he was dining with. But remarked that that would be giving away half of his serving. He had never seen such a small serving of onion rings at a restaurant before. And another table waited for some time for their food before it was revealed that their order had never been turned into the kitchen. Everything was handled professionally and I don't think any of the parties would hesitate in coming back. It's an enjoyable place to have a relaxing meal. Perhaps just not on a holiday. Well...baby it's cold inside. We asked about the ac not blowing so cold and were told that the kitchen staff might sweat too much and slip and fall. The pot roast was not what I expected. It looked more like beef with a lot of liquid and some mashed potatoes underneath. Service was fine and pleasant.
