Horrible is an understatement..... took forever to be seated regardless of restaurant being very empty, food not only took extremely long due to them only having one cook but was absolutely disgusting! The only reason I gave the service a 5 star is because our waiter was kind. The food that we did get was amazing but it took up to 45 minutes to get it and we never got the last one. It's a calming environment other than the fact that orders all over the restaurant was wrong and the time it took for us to get our meals. Place is empty with seven customers and had to wait to be seated because they had to wipe down my table. Everything seems to have a film of dirt of some kind on it. I ordered food three times and they were out of something every time I ordered. The service sucked and now didn't order food because they don't have any. My draft beer tastes dirty/a little skunky. Lebanon ruby Tuesday sucks! I won't be back. Knock it down and pave over it to extend the parking lot for the whole lot of nothing that's happening in that spot. All around terrible. Hostess was rude, she didn't say a word to us, grabbed menues and just walked to the table. Waiter didn't ever check on us, never gave refills, and had 0 personality. The atmosphere was extremely hostile. The food was HORRIBLE. We were 1 of the 2 tables, and food took long. My kids got their food like 15 minutes before us, so they were about done before we started. Never again. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It has been a while since we ate from Ruby Tuesday, so we decided to order some take out. $50 and the food looked and tasted worst than diner food. Captain's platter was missing the hush puppies and the sauces. Everything was overly greasy and with an aftertaste of old oil. I got the bourbon chicken (single portion). The chicken "breast" looked like a chicken tender from the kid's menu. The portions for the zucchini and the mushrooms were very small and everything looked greasy. The carrot cake looked (and tasted) like it had been in the back of the fridge for weeks. We surely won't be eating from there again. I don't know how that place is still open. The food was bad and so were the workers. We used to go here for some good dining. Things will have to change drastically till we risk coming back. The only thing decent was the salad bar and the 25% discount after calling the manager over since our waitress completely forgot about us. Ordered the 1lb snowcrab, which was served to me with a clump of unmelted butter. Sent back the butter back to be melted, it took over 5 minutes to come back. I actually had to ask a server, who was on break to go get it for me. By the time that happened, my crab was cold, and I sent that back. It came back rather quickly because the whole plate had been microwaved. Shells were now stiff, and crabmeat lost that sweet tender aspect. I'm very disappointed. Would never go back. My wife had a smash burger, it was ok.

We were seated and received our drinks quickly. Appetizer took about 30 min and it was the wrong one. My child’s food came out 45 minutes before anything else. I ordered the Parmesan shrimp pasta, it came out cold and the shrimp were partially raw. My husband never received his food. We asked the bartender/waitress to cancel his after we were there for a total of 1.5 hours. She was great, and voided our check all together. There were entirely too many DoorDash orders plus customers dining in for the amount of staff, door dash orders should have been turned off to accommodate the customers in the actual restaurant. Definitely will not be back. 0/10 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

My fiance and I stopped in after going to Ulta Beauty on Tuesday evening. We were seated pretty fast and ordered promptly. The food was very mediocre. The waitress was nice but she never checked back in with us, no drink refills. I will say there is a reason this place wasn't busy at all. I won't recommend this place. Mozzarella sticks were cold not slightly warm cold! The sauce was hot. My quesadilla was burnt. They were laughing and yelling in the kitchen but can’t do their jobs. Absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend it at all. We won’t be returning Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
