Order food from kitchen. Took forever to make it 3 items came up different times over 10 minutes. The girl making the food is rudest and mean looking employee they have. Tried asking a question she was more worried about the music in her ear piece. Then when finally got her attention she had a mean disprectfull attitude. Mangers need to do something about her. Not first time she been like that. If you don’t want to be here working overnight then go leave and do something else. Your in industry that needs nice people not mean attitude like you

This gas station is right off of 283 East / West. Easy on and off. The pumps are always open 24/7/365. They have a rewards program like most gas stations today. I buy premium gas only and I trust Rutters. I moved from out of state and this gas station is the closest and good to fuel up before I use the highway for work every day. They always have some beef with Sheetz and its funny.

I did a mobile order for my lunch break at work which is 5 minutes away one way. I only get 20 minutes for my break. Anyhow someone else walked away with my order and they wouldn’t refund me for my mobile order. I was late returning back to work do to trying to get a refund for something I never got. Thanks a lot. Won’t be going here anymore for my breaks

How sad this Rutters has switched out some kind of squeeze bottle substance for actual whipped butter, which is still shown in the menu. Misrepresenting the quality of their food items.

For a small truckstop, this place is very clean, and the people inside are very friendly And was greeted with a smile. I would return to this location anytime over loves down the road. I think I found my new place to shut down at night when I’m in PA in this area keep up the good work guys
